• Please contact us 12 hours prior if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

• Our cancellation fee is the full amount of your booking.

• Cancellations made up to 12 hours before the appointment time will not be charged a cancellation fee.

• However our booking system is a prepayment system, you will be charged for a "refund transaction fee" for any refund which is 3.30% + $0.30 of the full amount.

• No fee required for Rescheduling.​

• If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be considered a cancellation and may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Session ends as scheduled regardless of your time of arrival. You won’t be able to change your booking to a shorter menu when you are late for the appointment.

• Please note: Some of our skilled Head Spa specialists do not provide hair styling services.

• Book your appointment without adding "Blow Dry with Styling" or Select "Hair Dry Only" as an add-on option
