HEAD SPA EN is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including guests who rely on assistive technology. Accessibility is part of how we think about hospitality: one guest at a time, each welcomed as they are.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
Measures we take
- Semantic page structure with landmarks, headings, and descriptive link text
- Full keyboard operability, including a skip-to-content link, visible focus indicators, and focus management in dialogs
- Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative media is hidden from assistive technology
- Color contrast meeting AA thresholds, verified in automated testing
- Support for reduced-motion preferences, and a pause control for background video
- Automated accessibility audits (axe-core) as part of our release process; the current release reports zero violations
Known limitations
Our online booking flow is provided through a connected booking application that is audited separately; we are working to hold it to the same standard. Automated testing cannot catch every barrier, and manual review is ongoing.
