Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is always free with at least 12 hours\' notice before your appointment. You can reschedule from your booking confirmation, or contact your location directly.

Late cancellations

Cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment are charged in full. Each studio room and therapist is held exclusively for you, and a late cancellation means that time cannot be offered to another guest.

No-shows

A missed appointment without notice is treated as a late cancellation and charged in full.
