Booking Policy

Reservations

All sessions are booked online at book.headspaen.net. Sessions are prepaid at the time of booking so that your private room and therapist are held exclusively for you.

One guest at a time

Each location seats a single guest, so availability is genuinely limited. Please arrive on time; a late arrival may shorten your session, as the room is reserved for the guest after you.

Booking for two or more

At Pasadena, two or three guests can be seated at the same time. Contact the location before booking and we will arrange it.

Add-ons

Add-on services (such as a blow dry with styling) should be selected at booking. Self-use of the dryer after any course is always free of charge.
